We LOVE Lauren and Chris’ Ware River engagement session!

Having spent most of our childhood summers on one tributary of the Chesapeake Bay or another, we jumped at the opportunity to take Lauren and Chris’ engagement pictures at the family river house on the Ware River in Gloucester Co. Va., along with their two furry children.

Lauren and Chris could not have chosen a better day for their engagement pictures.  What started out as a sunny spring day, slowly became an incredible fiery red sky as the sun slowly set over the river.  We had such a great time working with Lauren and Chris and literally had to make ourselves stop taking pictures as the sunlight faded.  However, the moonrise over the river provided a little encore to the session and the results were incredible.  We hope you enjoy them!
